Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, please note that cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Once a subscription is canceled, users will retain access to all content and services until the end of their paid period. After this period, access will be revoked unless the subscription is renewed.
As a general policy, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have already been billed. Upon cancellation, users will still have access to the app’s content and services for the remainder of the billing period.
Exceptions for partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as service disruptions or technical issues impacting user experience. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team. In such exceptional cases, refunds will be processed in 7 working days.
